The condo has a beautiful deck which faces East and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning. The bathroom has heated floors. Please turn them down to 45 upon checkout. Welcome to First Tracks! Our home is located in the Timbers, a great jumping off point for all your adventures. Located right on the ski trail and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.

Sunday River Locke Mountain Ski In/ Ski Out Pool

Hard to find, ski in/ski out 1 BR unit in prestigious Locke Mtn Townhomes. Apartment is located on the Tempest ski run (White Cap chair) in the lower level of our own townhouse. Ski right to your front door, then relax in the beautiful outdoor pool/jacuzzi. Nightly price covers 2 people. Extra guests are an extra $25 per person, per night.
