Casa De Giliz - 房屋

A beautiful recently fully renovated house, located on the edge of the village with open, amazing views around, simple and easy access to nearby nature and walking trails. It's a big premises, full of trees, shaded areas and many cool spots to chill, hang out and enjoy! in the summer there is a big pool in the front area. The perfect place for a family reunion or few friends spending time together. The house has a safe room that is open also for guests that stay in the rental units downstairs.

ברוכים הבאים לביתנו המפנק שביישוב הפסטורלי, טל-אל, שבגליל המערבי. זהו בית מגורינו והוא מאובזר בכל מה שמשפחה צריכה בשביל חופשה כיפית ושלווה. בוילה 5 חדרים מרווחים עם נוף ליער. בקומת כניסה 3 חדרי ילדים, 2 שרותים, מקלחת ופינת טלוויזיה. בקומה השנייה סוויטת הורים מרווחת. מיוני ועד אוקטובר הבריכה פתוחה עם פינת ישיבה, מנגל פחמים וטרמפולינה. היישוב קרוב לירכא, עכו, נהריה וכרמיאל. בזמן השהות אפשר לטייל במבצר יחיעם, עין חרדלית, ראש הנקרה, עכו ואטרקציות נוספות לילדים, מיי בייבי ועוד. בע"ח מתקבלים בברכה.

On the highest point of this small settlement stands the house of two artists, Asia and Yuri, and their big family.

הבית נמצא בישוב הררית הממוקם על קצה ההר מול נוף גלילי עוצר נשימה. המקום מרווח ומתאים למשפחות, עם המון מקום לבילוי ביחד. הבית שוכן בליבו של שטח גדול ופרטי עם נוף משכר ביופיו שמשקיף על בקעת בית נטופה הארבל הכנרת והרי הגולן. חצר גדולה ומטופחת עם כמה מפלסים שונים, בריכה וסוכת גפנים עם פינה ישיבה מפנקת. הבית יכול להתאים למשפחה גדולה או כמה קטנות. יש אפשרות להשכיר גם את הסוויטה בקומה למטה שהיא דירה נפרדת שיכולה להכיל עוד 10 אנשים...דברו איתנו אם מעניין אותכם.

Vegetable and spice garden, children's sandbox, musical instruments. It is possible to rent a music room by prior arrangement.

וילה משפחתית וקסומה! מקום מושלם לבילוי משפחתי וזוגי. הוילה מרווחת מאוד , 3 חדרי שינה וסלון פינת אוכל מאובזרים וגדולים במיוחד. 6 מיטות+ 2 ספות+ מזרונים. בחצר יש מדשאה גדולה ופינות ישיבה מוארות עם תאורת יום ותאורת לילה. בריכה מרווחת ומוצנעת לרווחת הנופשים. מקווה לגברים. בחצר יחכה לכם שולחן פינג פונג גדול למשחק. מחכים לכם! חשוב מאוד: אין אפשרות לעשות בשבת על האש. כמו כן אין אפשרות לשמוע מוזיקה בחצר בשבת.

הבית המיוחד והשקט שלנו . בית מעץ כמו בסרטים. נוף מרהיב ירדן ההררי .בין הכינרת לרמת הגולן. החופשה המושלמת. בבית מטבח מאובזר .סלון מרווח ומודלרי שהופך בקלות לסטודיו לאירועים שקטים או הרצאות. בסלון קמין לימי החורף. בבית 4חדרי שינה עם מיטה זוגית לכל חדר .אחד מהם חדר מאסטר הורים עם גקוזי מפנק.ישנה אפשרות למזרונים. מרפסת גינה ודק עם יציאה מהסלון. נעים אצלנו.וכיף אצלנו.ויש אצלנו מקום :)

בית שמתאים למשפחות עם ילדים בגילאים שונים. בית שמרגישים בו את הלב הפועם של המשפחה שאנחנו.. זו היא לא וילת ארוח זה בית. המטבח מאובזר חדש וכשר. נוף מהמם מהחלונות הגדולים. המון מסלולי טיול באזור. במושב יש מעיין ונחל במרחק הליכה. בקומה הראשונה של הבית יש 2 יחידות דיור נפרדת שמתאימה לעוד זוג+2/3 אפשר לשלב את שתיהן בהנחה
