Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat
Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Stylish and comfortable double bedroom apartment
The Acorn is on the southern side of Bishops Stortford, roughly 15 minute walk from town centre. There is a river behind you can stroll along, outdoor space, and the room is light and airy. Private gated parking for one vehicle. The place is secluded good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and one well-behaved furry friend (pet). (Please note that the hosts live 15 mins away & not next door). With transport links nearby (bus, train, Stansted airport), the adventure starts here!

Cosy 2 Bed - Heart of Hertford
Enjoy a comfortable, cosy stay in this clean and modern 2 bed flat that is located on Saint Andrew St, a historic street in Hertford that dates back to the 14th century. Everything you'll need is just a stones throw away! On the door step you'll find many amazing restaurants and quirky shops, women's clothing boutique's, hair salons, beauty salons, a barbers, dry cleaners, antiques shop, art gallery, 2 pharmacies, Thai massage spa, a delicious cake shop! And the beautiful Saint Andrew's Church.

A little gem in the country
This ground floor studio apartment is based in a converted garage/barn. This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. The apartment has its own discreet entrance but can be used together with the first floor apartment for a family of four as there is an inter-connecting door.

Minutes walk from the station and city centre - this self-contained, Artist's Studio has a sleep/dining/work area and a mezzanine sleeping space and is full of light. Anyone is welcome to stay here - you don't have to be an artist - whether you are in business, an academic, sightseer, musician, 2 individuals or a couple - everyone likes the tranquil environment and the easy access to Cambridge and the lively Mill Road. NOTE. Not for small children and some with mobility issues - check photos.

The Shieling, Fulbourn
This new luxury self-catering, one bedroom apartment provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

A bright, self-contained flat with off-street parking, secure patio garden and stunning views from the bedroom window over Stourbridge Common and the River Cam and watch rowers glide by. 7-minute walk to Cambridge North and close to the Science Park. 5-minute riverside walk leads to the historic pub The Green Dragon, where it's fabled that Tolkien wrote "The Lord of the Rings". Explore Cambridge’s rich mix of heritage, innovation, and culture from this peaceful, well-connected base.

Studio in the heart of a popular Cambridgeshire village. Perfect stay for commuter working at Babraham Institute or Granta Park. The studio has all the amenities that you would need for a quick business trip such as super fast WiFi, desk, (printer just ask) & smart t.v. Towels and bed linen also provided. The studio has a small kitchen with microwave-oven or options to eat out in our local curry house or lovely village pubs! The local Chinese and Indian do a prompt takeaway service!

Beautiful Apartment In Perfect Location
A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

THE STABLE at CHISHILL HALL
SELF CATERING set in the grounds of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse in a secluded walled garden. This 500 acre working farm is on the edge of the village of Great Chishill. We are on the B1039 midway between Royston and Saffron Walden, ideal for Stansted Airport and the Cambridge/Liverpool Street and Cambridge/Kings Cross train lines with Royston and Audley End Stations both being just 5 miles away. Cambridge 'Park & Ride' is a 20 minute drive.

Blue Dog Quarters
Blue Dog Quarters is a bright and stylish first floor apartment with a sunny decked terrace. It is located above SmallTown coffee shop and bakery on the High Street in the centre of Clare, Suffolk's smallest town. Clare's pubs, cafés, excellent independent shops and country park complete with castle ruins are all within easy walking distance and the town makes an excellent base for exploring further afield in this pretty corner of Suffolk.
