Waterfront Sunrise Cove Cottage

Unwind with spectacular sunrises from this sunny waterfront cottage on a tidal cove in the Kennebec River! 30 minutes to Popham Beach, this is the perfect home base for a midcoast Maine getaway. The post-and-beam cottage has cozy furnishings and expansive views across a field, pond, and cove. Bald eagles and osprey soar overhead, sturgeon leap in the river & nights are full of stars. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. Owners live on property with small dog. Best for 2 adults.

Overlooking the New Meadows river, it is nestled in a quiet area and surrounded by 100 yr old oak trees. It is loaded with charm yet offers modern amenities. You feel tucked away, yet the place is only 10 to 20 minutes from beautiful beaches, hiking, fine dining, and shopping opportunities. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the back porch and cozy up to fire pit while you make memories.

Shore House, Posey Unit - Ocean Front Property

On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. We want to be courteous of all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

Laurel Shore Cottage - Waterfront, Pet friendly!

This private cottage on the tidal shores of Cundy's Harbor in Harpswell is something you will treasure. You can sit out on the deck in the morning just feet away from the shoreline and watch eagles fly around the shoreline or boats come through the channel when the tides are high. Whether its morning spent with a cup of coffee in hand or dinnertime on the deck it's the vacation "break" you have been looking for. A "pet fee" of $60/night, per pet. DOGS ONLY

It's within a 5 minute drive to downtown Brunswick and Bowdoin College. In addition we have direct access to the Crystal Spring Farms land trust that provides miles of beautiful walking trails right in our back yard! This is perfect for families that want to be in town yet still have an access to nature!

We invite you to come enjoy the peacefulness at our tranquil, cozy waterfront getaway ! Spectacular sunrises, private, gorgeous water views throughout the home, located on the Sheepscot River, in Wiscasset, ME- Private, comfortable setting ! We ask that this be an adult only retreat, as there is a strong current at times in front of the home, and just isn't suitable for children - Smaller sized pups are welcome !

Use it as your hub to explore Midcoast Maine or hunker down and enjoy the screened in porch after a swim in the cove.
