This is truly a Gem! With such relaxing creek sounds, and the unique, charming woodwork and rustic finishing touches inside and out. There is a short, easy trail to the creek, an alpine lake less than an hours hike away. The Clark Fork River Delta is just down the road, and Lake Pend Oreille is less than 8 miles away. The property is backed up to Kaniksu National Forest and the proposed Scotchman Peaks Wilderness area. Glacier National Park is a 3 1/2 hour drive East. Love Nature? This is it.

Cozy, Clean Home 2 Blocks to Downtown!

This charming home is clean & centrally located; 1/2 mile to City Beach, 1 block to Evans Bros coffee & dining, 2 blocks to downtown Sandpoint, 3.5 miles to the base of Schweitzer. We provide 4 bikes (May-Oct). We provide 100% cotton bath & bed linens, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, DVDs, books, games & crafts. The fenced & landscaped back yard has a private, covered porch, fire pit & propane bbq. We do allow dogs (must disclose), and we clean thoroughly between each guest.

This is your classic rustic 900sq ft. cabin located on lower Twin Lakes with a view of the lake. It sits quietly on a natural dirt road, overlooking the mountains, trees and lake. Great for family vacations and affordable. Your well-behaved pet is also welcome. The lake is accessed via a short 100-foot walk down to lake access road with shared dock. The dock area is shared with six other households. Located 15 minutes from Silverwood theme park and 20 minutes to Coeur d'alene Area

Cozy and clean, remodeled with rustic wood themed spacious chalet at the base of Schweitzer Mountain. 1/2 mile to parking lot where bus picks up. Close to town, skiing and shopping, easy driveway access from paved main roads. Main area has wood floor, (bedrooms carpeted), laundry, kitchenette, refrigerator, stove and gas heat. Coffee and tea provided. Come enjoy Sandpoint and Schweitzer mountain, skiing in the winter, huckleberry picking and lake Pend Oreille in the summer!

Cottage on a Ranch in Coeur d' Alene

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. Our shop apartment conversion boasts 1,000 square feet of private living space - a standalone building on a residential country property with landscaped yard and additional acreage. The residence has a full kitchen and bathroom, as well as laundry facilities. There are two private bedrooms with queen beds, and a loft accessed by stair that sleeps 3. Access to trails down our wooded hill and open meadow in back. RV or Tent camping space also available.
