The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Welcome to the modern Villa with a swimming pool near Saguramo 🌳🌴 The Villa boasts 5 bedrooms (including one master bedroom) with queen-size beds and a heated swimming pool 12x4 meters in size. Three full bathrooms. AC in all rooms. Here you will find everything for your comfortable stay, including musical instruments, such as guitar and piano, karaoke, board games, BBQ, etc. Centrally located within 5-minutes drive from Saguramo center in Bitsmendi Village. Minimum rental period is 2 days.

The designer and the artist created the interior taking into account the reef of the best hotels, able to convey the atmosphere of the Moorish Renaissance with elements of the East and eclecticism.

Floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of sunshine, natural light and beautiful views from every room, but there are also heavy curtains for daytime dreamers:)

With a maximum capacity of 20 guests, there are three private bedrooms and an open bedroom, comfortably accommodating 10+2 overnight guests. You're welcome to enjoy small gatherings and music with the provided speakers.
