L’appartement entièrement climatisé est attenant à notre villa . Il est situé dans le quartier de grande saline , quartier calme et très agréable. Plage accessible à pieds , le restaurant Le Tamarin est également accessible à pied . 1 minute en voiture de L’esprit( un des meilleurs restaurants de l’île ) et du grain de sel ( restaurant caribeen gastronomique) . Vous disposez d’une cuisine équipée avec four et plaque electrique, un lit king size, et d’une salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne.

Deluxe Appt en plein cœur de St Jean

Ce logement Deluxe totalement rénové et parfaitement situé en plein cœur de St Jean dans la résidence “La Villa Créole” offre un accès facile à tous les sites et commodités. À 2min à pied du Nikki Beach, La Guerite, Gypsea ou Eden Rock Hotel. Entouré de boutiques et de bars et restaurants, la résidence est animée et peut être bruyante certains soirs. Cet appartement est destiné à des personnes aimant l’animation. Pour le parking, la résidence en a un mais il n’y a pas de stationnement privé.

The Alizé apartment is located in the heart of Gustavia, in the prestigious BEAULIEU residence, where you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the harbor. Elegantly furnished, you'll feel right at home. The town center, restaurants, bars and stores are all within walking distance, as is the famous Shell Beach. During your stay, a housekeeping service will be provided every 2 days. The residence has its own private parking lot with 2 reserved spaces.

It offers quiet and privacy while remaining close to everything. The villa can welcome 4 PEOPLE in 2 BEDROOMS, each one having their own private massive wood bathroom . The villa is also accessible to people with REDUCED MOBILITY thanks to its one level access.

Plusieurs bars et restaurants ainsi qu' une boite de nuit ( parfaitement insonorisée) sont également à 2 pas de l'appartement.
