A l'extérieur vous pourrez prendre vos repas sur votre salon ou dans le parc de 9000 m² que vous devrez partager avec les propriétaires et deux autres gites. Une piscine de 45 m² est également à votre disposition.

Une chambre rez de chaussée 17 M2, Une terrasse privative, une terrasse partagée autour de la piscine. A 1 heure de l'océan atlantique(la Rochelle, Royan , la Palmyre, Île d'Oléron) et prés de Cognac dans les terres charentaises.
