This updated unique unit, is located on the third floor of a multi-unit historic building (no elevator). Queen-size bed, full kitchen, bathroom, a private small patio for some fresh air anytime of the year. Portable air conditioner May to October. 5-12 minute walking distance to cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, shops, the boardwalk, bus stops, TD Station, & Imperial Theatre. Driving: 8 min to the ferry, 8 min to the Regional Hospital, 16 min to the airport (YSJ), 3 min to the highway.

Minutes from the Digby-Saint John ferry terminal, Irving Nature Park, and downtown, with several restaurants, pubs boutique shops and the historic City Market. Features electric fireplace, live-edge dining table and breakfast bar, treadmill and light gym equipment, and heated bathroom floor. The unit is steps away from a walking trail along Bay Shore.

This uptown historical building is nestled in the uptown core of Saint John, NB. Close walking distance to several Restaurants, Pubs, Port and local shopping centres. The waterfront is a 5 minute walk. The historical Saint John City Market is also a 5 minute stroll utilizing the sidewalk and going through the cities king square. You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. Large living room has a 60” TV with cable TV., and wifi. , desk and chair. Has a kitchenette with sink, mini bar and stools, toaster oven, kettle, hot plate and microwave. Enjoy the swimming pool, and canopied loungers! (Seasonal, June to September. ) Gel pillow top mattress, and gel memory foam pillows guarantee a relaxing rest! (No parties allowed. Quiet at 11pm.)

Within a 5 minute drive you can go swimming at Tucker Park Beach.
