The main building has the living and dining spaces, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with an outdoor shower. A two-person spa is on the deck between the two buildings.

It is located in a converted duplex in a residential neighborhood less than a mile from Coral Bay restaurants and small grocery stores. It has a full kitchen, with a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. The suite also includes a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs. On-site, safe parking is also provided.For convience, a whole-house generator comes on if power goes out.

The view extends from Jost Van Dyke in the north, then east and south across Coral Bay, and the remaining British Virgin Islands and Bordeaux Mountain. Perched over the trees it always has a great breeze. It is less than a mile to the National Park Beaches of Francis and Maho Bays.
