This Lansing home has been fully remodeled while holding its vintage charm in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. It is close to all that Lansing has to offer, 2 miles to the edge of MSU campus and 1 mile to downtown Lansing. 1st floor feels open and cozy with a pull-out sofa and large TV, open concept sitting room near the kitchen, full bathrooms on both the 1st and 2nd floor, queen bedroom on main floor, 2 more bedrooms upstairs w/ King and Full beds. A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Entire Guest Suite This newly renovated guest suite is located in the 2nd story of our home with a separate and private entrance. Just a few blocks from lovely downtown St. Johns. You will find restaurants, shopping, craft coffee shops and a walking trail. Easy access to main roads and just 25 minutes to Lansing and MSU. Guests have private stairs, a deck, and free parking. Guest enter with a smart lock keypad. With the Roku Smart TV Guest mode, you can log in to your favorite accounts.

Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.
