On the main level you'll find 2 large bedrooms with king beds. The finished attic takes you into another world which includes a second living area and fun space for all ages, not to mention the (third) bedroom with more sleeping options. Need some quiet time? There’s a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If you’re patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one! A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.
