With five bathrooms, two kitchens, underfloor heating & full wheelchair access throughout the property. The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour une famille de 4 personnes dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Située à moins de 500m du centre ville de Ribérac, proche toutes commodités (banques, Proxy, docteurs, cinéma, piscine municipale, Médiathèque, marché, boulangerie, boucherie, primeur etc...). En ville, loin de la circulation du centre vous serez au bord des vignes de Pomerol, à proximité du lac des Dagueys, de sa plage et de son centre aquatique la "Calinésie". Un centre commercial est à 800 mètres, la gare et le centre ville à 7 min. Entre Fronsac(9min) et Saint Emilion (12 min) c'est le point de départ idéal pour toute visite de château.

Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Launderette facilities available in the village.

Set in the heart of the Green Perigord region,this charming traditional stone built house is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is set in a quiet hamlet yet close to holiday amenities and leisure. (Accrobranche, walks, cycles rides). Saint Aulaye and Aubeterre have stunning river beaches, a lovely lake at Jemaye. There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés.
