Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. With a newly installed, SHARED, 10 x 5m pool over looking open fields and spacious patio. (HEATED from August). Village location with immediate access to the river and the countryside.

Located in a charming Dordogne village, this private studio is perfect for a weekend getaway. There is a fabulous romantic terrace complete with a jacuzzi and an above-ground pool (available from June 1st - Nov 1st). The countryside is on your doorstep, with its rolling hills, forests, and lakes.

A stay at Le Petit Contrefort offers a taste of country life in France, set within the grounds of the owner's property, guests can enjoy the pool, gardens, views, pizza oven, and meet the various animals. We only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings during the peak July and August periods.
