Kent Cottage

Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

Friendly hosts onsite in main house opposite for support and friendly welcome! 3 friendly dogs and 2 ponies. Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. Wake to the sound of church bells, eat breakfast in bed then head out to explore the beauty and peace of Dartmoor. On your return to the cottage, relax in the deep, deep bath with a bottle of fizz, listen to vinyl on the record player or sink into the sofa and read a book. Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
