Upgraded internet with UPS for load sheding This apartment complex is situated on Langebaan's main kitesurfing beach, with a shared braai/BBQ area on the beachfront. For the kitesurfers, there is an open grassy area to pump up and wash gear, as well as an outdoor shower. The flat has a full kitchen if you want to go Gordon Ramsy, and also walking distance to all restaurants/supermarkets if you want to treat yourself.

My home is a comfortable, informal and stylish space. The interior of the home has bagged brickwork contrasted with smooth white screeded floors giving it a chic coastal touch. The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

It is a short walk from a very sheltered beach; an enormous patio it also boasts a comfortable living area with an inverter for power outages for uninterrupted fibre, tv, plugs to charge computers, iPads and phones. It is literally on the ocean with spectacular views of the bay and harbour boasting 3km of sandy beach, stretching in either direction. The bedrooms are north facing, catching mid day sun. The cottage falls with in a small private home owners estate, is secure and quaint and is perfect for those wanting to spend their days lazing on the beach.

You have a beautiful backyard which you must share with the owners. The neighbourhood is quiet and the beach is walking distance.
