Waterfront Paradise is the perfect destination for a cozy, peaceful, and romantic getaway! This one bedroom, beautifully updated luxury condo located right on the waters of Lake Hamilton offers breathtaking sunset views from the large deck. The condo is located both lakeside and poolside, with a private gated boat ramp, water's edge boardwalk, fishing, and tennis court just steps away. Enjoy your private deck overlooking the lake. Unit is one entire floor of a two-floor house, with your separate entrance up outside stairs. Relax. It's peaceful and quiet (except for birds), and the air is delicious. Kitchenette for simple meals. Golf courses, beaches, fishing, tennis, hiking, boat rental, pickleball, fitness center, etc. nearby and available for cost. Half hour to Hot Springs with its spas, race track, casino, quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants. Stay a while.

Fall/Winter Update: Water levels are lowered 3-5ft on Lake Hamilton starting Nov 1 and refills Mar 1 to allow for seawall and dock repairs. No boat slip or ramp access but beautiful sunrise and sunsets are still available while relaxing on the back porch with your favorite beverage. Take a stroll along the lake front property of the complex on the boardwalk or walk in our quiet residential neighborhood to enjoy fresh and peaceful surroundings.

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
