Comfortable lived in camper on small homestead. Queen size bed, smart tv, day bed that converts to king size bed. Big sink, lots of counter space, lots of storage. Heat and air for all seasons. Quick drive to Harrisburg or Eldorado. This was our home for 3 years while I was a travel Healthcare worker and I hope it can continue to serve others. It is located on a permanent spot right next to our home with electric, sewer, and water hooked up. 30 min to Garden of the Gods so perfect for your base!

We also packed as many amenities as we could into this property including an oversized 6-Person hot tub, 500 MBPS fiber internet, outdoor tv, fire pit table, Weber grill, hammock swings, custom bathroom with rainfall shower, full kitchen, coffee bar, king & queen sized beds, bean bag toss, board games and much more!

It is cozy and comfortable, boasting a large living room, furnished with a couch, chair, desk and streaming TV. The eat-in kitchen contains a full- size electric stove, refrigerator, and microwave as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfy new king size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Hi! Our home is pet friendly with a one time pet fee of $50.00. Our cozy home is located in the heart of Harrisburg, which is know as the "Gateway to the Shawnee National Forest." The home is within walking distance of some very nice downtown shops and restaurants. The Tunnel Hill Bike Path is only one block away, and the beautiful Garden of the Gods is a scenic 22 mile drive away. Come put your feet up on our screened in porch and watch the squirrels play!
