Here you will find a renovated cottage on 0.75 acres just 8 miles from downtown Davidson and 12 min from Davidson College. 20 min to Lake Norman, 30 min to Uptown CLT/CLT airport, and 15 min to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Home offers large front and back yard surrounded by trees, 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed each), and 1 bathroom. You will have entire cozy cottage and property to yourselves, free to enjoy all the space and greenery.

The Skipper- 3 bedroom/Simply Adorable

The Skipper located on High Rock Lake highlights a large beautiful deck and pier filled with cozy seating and a Blackstone for preparing meals. It offers a screened-in porch off the kitchen for early mornings and late nights. This cabin offers a galley kitchen, dining area, family room, 3 bedrooms, and two full baths. All rooms have black out curtains for necessary naps during the day. A well trained dog is welcome during your stay. The Skipper- a quiet and perfect vacation spot to relax.

Nestled off the beaten path located in a small town. Enjoy peace and quiet at this site, back in the woods down a quant little trail on 9 acres! Whether it's sitting around a campfire, throwing some cornhole, playing some cards or playing some retro games, you can have it all right here. Power is provided via a power bank. Bathroom is equipped with a camp shower bag and flushable toilet. Ask about smore kits and firewood. Pet's welcome. State licensed pet boarding available on-site!

Welcome to a serene retreat nestled among a wooded forest, a gurgling brook, a candlelit fairy house and trail, the cutest and most loving pony ever and his equine friend, Ginger, a gentle chestnut mare. The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.
