The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. We are about a 15 minute drive to the public beach and 5 minutes to the downtown shopping area. If you're interested in walking it is about a 15 minute walk to the College, Recreation Center, and Jungle Mania (3 min drive). This is a family home located in a family oriented neighborhood with a small community feel and friendly atmosphere.

Our home is situated on 2 acres with no neighbours on either side for plenty of privacy. Enjoy a relaxing morning coffee on your own private deck.
