The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.

The guesthouse is a private oasis in the city. It's surrounded by fruit trees and tall Chinese Mountain bamboo. It's a quick walk to Woodlawn Park, great coffee, a bakery, pizza, whiskey bar, a brewery, seasonal farmers market, and minutes from Alberta Arts District. The airy, open floor plan is filled with natural light, mixed textiles and warm woods. A cedar-surround outdoor shower and private 5x7 Finnish sauna lend to the spa-like setting. This is a private 2 bedroom suite at the Carter Park Home. You are located mid level of home (there are guest(s) above, below and next door to you). It comes with a private entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen with bar seating, and washer & dryer. Enjoy TV with premium cable channels and free WIFI. There is an outdoor BBQ area and we are pet friendly. Parking is easy in lot behind house. Pets must be disclosed in booking ($150 fee).
