Pets are welcome at the following rates: 1 pet, 1-5 days, flat rate of $50. 2-3 pets or more than 5 days, $50 additional fee. Decor is occasionally updated and may be slightly different from photos. Please enter correct number of guests and include pets and/or children as additional guests. Clean and cozy, you’ll love the details and design of this space. Access all of the apartment. Available for whatever you need- and your experience will be very private The house is close to the Sugar House neighborhood, with tons of shopping and dining options. Coffee shops and a market are within walking distance of the house. It's a 10-minute drive to downtown and half an hour to world-class ski resorts. If you have a car, you can park directly in front. Uber and Lyft are also available, as well as a good public transport system, with a bus stop half a block away This is a separate entrance, completely private basement apartment. There may be occasional noise from upstairs, but nothing that will affect your serenity. Please be conscious & courteous of your upstairs neighbors as well.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
