The cottage is in a very quiet neighborhood with cafes and a book shop right around the corner. We are a few blocks from Westminster University and 2 miles from the University of Utah. Sugarhouse Park and the Sugarhouse business district is one mile away. We are 4 miles from downtown and 30 - 50 miles to the mountains. It is about 5 minutes to the freeway depending on traffic.
