Adorable Studio Cabin on Big Cottonwood River

Idyllic getaway located directly on Big Cottonwood Creek and in a scenic and tranquil neighborhood. A quick 5 minutes from restaurants and the amenities of Salt Lake Valley, 15 minutes to world class skiing at Brighton and Solitude ski resorts, and still only 15 min away from Little Cottonwood Canyon, home to Alta and Snowbird. With trout fishing right on the river and hiking trails surrounding the neighborhood, it cannot be overstated that "The Meadow" sits in the best location in the Wasatch.

Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

Included for usage is a hot tub, shared with a basement airbnb in our home. It's hard to believe the shed was full of tools and junk not long ago. No stress the remodeling is done and ready for your stay. The home is located 20 min from Big Cottonwood Canyon, 25 min from downtown, and a block from Walmart and the hospital.
