We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Residential enough to be peaceful, but close enough to the North Laine to be fun - we think we have our own perfect corner of Brighton here - we are looking forward to sharing it with you!
