Luxury self contained garden apartment in the lovely village of Saltford, 5 miles from the centre of the world heritage city of Bath and 7 miles from the centre of Bristol. The apartment has a open plan kitchen and living area with French doors opening onto a small private patio area, one double bedroom and shower room. There is secure gated parking for one car on the driveway. Please not that the apartment is attached to a residential dwelling, it is self contained with private entrance.

Bath city centre is only a 10 minute drive away and bus stops are within a few minutes walk. The local village shop/ Post Office is a 2 minute walk away . Corston is a few minutes drive from the Bath Spa University. There is a local pub serving food which is only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk.

Relax in this spacious flat. We aim to make you warm, comfortable and have everything you need. The king size bed will ensure a great night’s sleep; the en-suite has a power shower, bath and wc. Heavenly and local Bramley Products are provided free of charge. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, induction hob, oven, washing machine as well as your cutlery and crockery essentials. The smart TV is set up with a host of apps so you can sit back and enjoy a good box set.

There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Our reviews say it all! We have been welcoming guests to Avon Farm since 2016. This is one of four beautifully hand crafted, bespoke shepherds huts by the renowned Greendown Shepherds hut. New for 2021 and comes with your own private, screened hot tub, fire pit, BBQ stand (just bring your own disposable BBQ) and log burner in the hut. The hut also has heating and shower room. Set on a 230 acre farm, along the river Avon, with plenty of pubs within walking distance.

Bedroom one has a king-size bed dressing table and wardrobe. Bedroom two has a double bed with wardrobe. Cosy lounge with inglenook fire place and a large log burner , beamed ceiling. Large TV mounted on the wall . The bathroom has WC, sink and walk in shower. Steps up to fully fitted kitchen.
