Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located on Lake Greenwood in South Carolina—perfect for families or couples looking for a fun-filled vacation or relaxing break. Lake access is right on our property, so you can easily swim, fish, boat, paddle using provided kayaks, or just enjoy the picturesque view. Additionally, our home features a private pool (May through Sep). End your evening relaxing around our fire pit roasting marshmallows, or sit on the deck overlooking the lake.

Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

Located between Greenville & Asheville so accessible to hiking, Paris Mt, Caesar's Head, Table Rock, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, antiques, breweries & wineries. Our location says Donald’s but we are actually on the outside of Due West and Erskine College.
