The queen size bed next to the fireplace is the perfect place to watch a movie or read a book, or enjoy coffee and sunsets from the rocking chairs on the wraparound porch. We hope to see you soon!

The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

You can sit on the dock & watch the sun set or take your boat out just a few hundred yards to watch the sun rise. This location is great for swimming & a dock is available so you can bring your boat. There is also great fishing from the dock and on a boat. This will provide an unforgettable vacation!
