Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft kommt man zu Fuß binnen 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Salzburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 100m entfernt. Die Wohnung hat 67qm und ist großzügig eingeteilt. Das Badezimmer hat eine Urwaldbrause und Handbrause, Doppelwaschbecken, Handtuchtrockner, Föhn, beleuchteter Kosmetikspiegel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, ein Lift ist nicht vorhanden. Ein Carportparkplatz kann extra angemietet werden, ansonsten ist ein Parkplatz je nach Verfügbarkeit vorhanden

Das Appartement verfügt über eine offene neue Küche, inkl. Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine, über ein neues, modernes Badezimmer sowie über eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Kamin und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse, von der aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge genießt. Zudem können der Yogaraum, die Sauna (g.G. 20€), das Quellwasserbecken, das Heimkino, und die große Terrasse mit Grill und Feuerschale mitbenutzt werden. Schneeschuhe sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.
