Unsere Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Balkon, Wohnküche und Badezimmer auf gut 70qm. Vom Hauptschlafzimmer blicken Sie auf den See, am Balkon lässt sich gemütlich frühstücken und durch das separate WC hat Jeder genügend Raum. Im Badezimmer finden Sie eine Badewanne mit Duschwand, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und Ihr Auto parkt im Carport. Reisen Sie mit Kindern, so haben wir im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa. Maximale Personenanzahl sind 4 Erwachsene und 2 weitere Kinder.

Das Dachgeschoß dieses Privathauses wurde zu einer sehr besonderen, großen 115m² Wohnung ausgebaut, mit großzügigen Wohn-Essbereich mit Glasfront zum überdachten Balkon, getoppt noch durch einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und in die Berge.

Die Wandheizung ist wohlig warm im Winter wie ein Kachelofen. 1 km vom Zentrum entfernt direkt überm See in ruhiger Lage die alles bietet um sich zu erholen.

Within a short amount of time, you will have reached ski resorts and world-famous excursion destinations such as the Krimml Waterfalls – the highest waterfalls in Europe – or the exciting Sigmund Thun Gorge in Kaprun.

The 1-room apartment Silberdistel with mountain view offers on 18 m² a living/bedroom with integrated dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed with footboard as well as a bathroom with shower, WC & hairdryer. The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
