A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

Obwohl ein kleines Stück außerhalb des Zentrums , ist man mit dem Obus (15 Minuten Takt) innerhalb von 15 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen) mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt bzw. Zentrum. Das Messezentrum bzw. die Salzburg Arena sind von der Wohnung nur 1 km entfernt.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Der Wolfgangsee ist fußläufig in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar (Naturbadestrand Abersee). Die Radfähre nach St. Wolfgang ist in direkter Nähe. Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.
