Komfortní apartmán o rozloze 90 m2 s plně vybavenou obývací s kuchyní s jídelním stolem a kachlovými kamny, se třemi oddělenými ložnicemi, vlastní koupelnou s WC, vanou, 2 sprchami a samostaným WC. Všechny ložnice jsou vybaveny manželskou postelí. K vybavení apartmánu patří i pračka se sušičkou a trezor na cennosti. Apartmán má 2 balkony.
