Luxury Appartement in the alps 2-5 people

Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

This apartment at Laschenskygut is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct and free bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers. For children you find a playground, a table tennis table, pedal karts and a nearby farm.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft kommt man zu Fuß binnen 10 Minuten in die Altstadt von Salzburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 100m entfernt. Die Wohnung hat 35 qm und einen großzügigen Balkon mit 8,6 qm. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken, Handtuchtrockner, Föhn und beleuteten Kosmetikspiegel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, ein Lift ist vorhanden. Ein Carportparkplatz kann extra angemietet werden, ansonsten ist ein Parkplatz je nach Verfügbarkeit vorhanden.

Unsere Garten-Studios mit Blick auf den idyllischen Innenhof, eigenem Eingang und direktem Zugang zum Gastgarten (bis 19.00) sind perfekt für alle Naturliebhaber. Unsere Studios bieten Platz für 2 Personen und jede Menge Komfort: Klimaanlage, Black-Out Vorhänge, Raffstores, WiFi, Smart- TV und ein offenes Badezimmer mit extra großem Waschtisch und ein separates WC. Die warmen Farben und das Sonnenlicht versprechen eine entspannende Atmosphäre & perfekte Nachtruhe.

"Weg vom Massentourismus, hin zu höchster Qualität und Wohnlichkeit" war der Leitspruch für die Renovierung der Appartements bei uns am Hof vom Reiter. Umgeben von wild wachsenden Obstbäumen, Bergwäldern und Wiesen und doch mitten in der Urlaubsregion Schladming-Dachstein. Im Sommer ein Eldorado für Bergsportler und Mountainbiker. Im Winter ein großartiges Skigebiet mit über 230 km bestens präparierten Skipisten. Bei jeder Buchung ist die Sommercard inklusive!

The room consists of a comfortable double bed, a flat screen TV, a fast Wi-Fi connection and a bathroom with a rain shower. Located near central Salzburg, it offers couples or groups of two (2) people the opportunity to be close to the city's most popular destinations while staying calm and relaxed.

The Comfort suite is located on the 1st floor in our newly renovated VILLA ELISA (built in 1906), ideal for 2-6 guests and comfortably reached via elevator. It consists of 1 sleeping room with 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 bath with shower, sink and modern shower toilet, 1 living/dining room with dining table and a functional sofa. 3 additional guests can comfortably sleep in 1 Murphy double bed and 1 single bed.
