This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

Unique private guest suite comprising the entire 950 sq. ft. of the whole upstairs of the home with its own private entrance. Come and go as you please. The suite features a full kitchen, a bath with a shower and separate tub, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony. There is an area off the dining area with a double daybed which can be sealed off with the sliding closet doors. The suite features your own central heat and air units.

There are two barrier-free bathrooms, two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and a second with a queen bed. A unique artist’s house built in 1936, only half a block from the University of Oklahoma. Featuring colorful and artistic decor throughout, a large fenced yard with a small decorative pond in the backyard. There are three steps up to the front door. We welcome dogs but are not able to accommodate cats. Please note that there will be road construction in front of the house beginning in Fall 2026, projected to last until Fall 2027.
