A roof deck if you want to spend your beautiful morning or evening with a nice cold drink, a drive port, an island kitchen and outdoor kitchen that everything you need for your own cooking. A 10 minutes walk to the San Juan beach. A 5 minutes drive to the supermarket or 30 minutes to walk. A place for fun and comfort.
