Kalamies Apartments - by secluded beach - Apt 2

A beautiful secluded beach and a lush garden make this an ideal island getaway for those in search of a peaceful holiday, immersed in nature. In a large garden are three modern, spacious apartments, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Cavaliere Seafront House - Theseus

Cavaliere Seafront House are located at the most central part of the quiet and charming village of Sami, in the center of Kefalonia, making it an ideal location for exploring our beautiful island. Theseus is a spacious open plan house ideal for 2 guests, where you can have a relaxing time by enjoying a comfortable sleep; have a coffee and/or a drink at a nice and cozy balcony above the sea. The house is recently fully renovated (2024) in order to meet the highest expectations.

Lardigo Apartments - Blue Sea

Just 1 km from Argostoli, the islands capital, and 10 mins from the Airport you'll find Lassi. A popular destination with anything you should require like restaurants, tavernas, bars, supermarkets all within reach. ATM's and car or bike rentals are all within walking distance as are the golden sand crystal clear water beaches. Enjoy the breathtaking views, the beautiful established flower gardens and a sandy cove which is accessible through the garden and down a few steps.

Olvio, living by the sea, a historic house has been lovingly restored by it's owners who are passionate about creating a home-from-home experience, here you'll find a warm welcome and a luxurious home stay, whether there's just the two of you or you're a family.
 Olvio House stands in a prime position on the charming coastal road in Sami village. The house was carefully renovated in spring 2019, with imaginative and modern interpretation of Mediterranean living.

Thalassa apartment with sea view

Thalassa apartment was built in 1974 by my beloved grandparents and has been renovated in 2017. The harmonious combination of traditional and modern design, as well as the stunning sea view, aspires to authentic pleasure. It’s located at the seafront of Frydi beach and hosts comfortably 6 guests - three rooms with a sea view. The Sami gulf and the mythical Ithaca island shape one of the most inspiring views of Cephalonia, especially at sunrise.

Perfect spot to feel the island's vibe!

Our beautiful attic is only a few steps away from the sea.You can literally hear the sound of waves while chilling in the living room!In addition the view combines both sea (living room's view,front side) and mountains(balcony's view,back side) which is actually a pleasure for the eye!Ideal for couples, families or a group of friends.

Captain’s house

Το “Captain’s house” είναι ένα μεγάλο σπίτι που βρίσκεται στην παραλία του κέντρου της Σάμης της Κεφαλονιάς, με εξαιρετική θέα, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία και κοντά στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται επίσης κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σε καφετέριες και μπαρ. Σημείωση: Υπάρχει σκάλα που ανεβαίνεις στον δεύτερο όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το κατάλυμα.

Endless Blue House by the beach - outdoor jacuzzi

The beautifully decorated open plan sleeping and living area provide a relaxing and calm space. The house has also a small kitchen and a bathroom. The beach is right on your doorstep, as is the walking path to Sami where you can find all amenities. Outdoors there is a heated and decked Jacuzzi and a stunning garden!!
