You'll find destination Mountain Bike trails just up the road, excellent restaurants a quick drive away, and Ames Lake, one of King County's most pristine, just down the stairs. No smoking. Pets welcome.

Woodinvillle concert venues and wineries within a short drive. Ten mile drive into downtown Seattle via I-520 or I-90. Serene spot with no neighbors living on the shore. Large deck with a firepit table and dock right outside the door. Variety of furniture for relaxation and outdoor dining. Free parking.

Beautiful sunsets, .1+ mile walk to Alki sandy beach. 10 minutes to Vashon ferry/Lincoln Park. Drive to downtown in 20 (unless heavy traffic) minutes, Metro in 30 minutes or the water taxi and be there in 15 minutes. Close to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Field. Located on a private road in downtown Kirkland, it's easy to enjoy a leisurely walk along the shores of Lake Washington, or to bike or jog the Cross Kirkland Corridor. A great workout is steps away at Crestwoods Park Stairs and Circuit Stations.

Enjoy a private entrance and deck with gorgeous views of the lake. Private access to the lake on the property is down a short trail (its steep, please be careful) Feel free to enjoy swimming, fishing, bring own kayak/ paddle board or just chill and have a glass of wine by the fire pit (Fire ban is sometimes in place).
