蓝色花园2号

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco, the Cave of Light and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

House of Pal is a spacious 124 m² home in the heart of Vathy, perfect for families, small groups, couples, and anyone who appreciates extra space and comfort. Just a 5-minute walk from the main square and a 6-minute walk from the international ferry terminal (Turkey–Samos route), you'll have cafés, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, shops and the waterfront all within easy walking distance. Private parking is included, so you can leave your car and explore the town on foot.

It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals
