A beautiful beach front house location which is about 400m from the center of kokkari.Front view beach and back view mountain.Also close by you will find the well known beaches of kokkari.There are many shops available near by(mini market,caffe's,taverns etc).It has a nice natural sea breeze,a cosy attic with a view of both above( aegean sea and mountain's).The home is also provided with a big bbq area surrounded by greenery.Any other information we would be happy to assist you in any inquiries.

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables.

Το στούντιο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Γάγγου. Εκεί μπορείς να φτασεις και με τα πόδια κάνοντας μόλις 15 λεπτά περνώντας μέσα απο μονοπάτι στη φύση! Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο.
