Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. This stay will leave you relaxed to unwind, along with having quality time with your family. Enjoy a lovely glass of wine around the indoor log burner, or roasted marshmellows on the outdoor firepit/BBQ.

Cosy rural cottage set between Brendon Hills, Exmoor National Park and Quantock Hills (AONB). Property sits alongside the Stogumber Steam Railway, a mile from Stogumber village. Visit medieval Dunster & castle by car or steam train. Recently refurbished with a modern rustic feel and wood burner. Please state number of guests when booking. Max. three adults, or two adults and two small children. Guests may bring one well behaved dog free of charge. Please send host a request before booking.

Woodland Cabin next to a pretty stream

A beautiful hand built cabin nestled in the woods, idyllic setting next to a stream and surrounded by magnificent trees, the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature. Found at the end of an unmade track, with miles of nothing but woodland walks and wonderful hills to explore on foot or bike. Situated next to a stream with a glass bridge and beautiful little waterfall, with its own plunge pool. The hot shower and compost loo are set in a quirky horse box accessed across a board walk.

Luxury lodging, doorstep Exmoor walks and cycling

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Positioned on the edge of Exmoor National Park, and just 10 minutes from the enchanting coastline, waterfalls, Dunster Castle and the Quantock Hills. There's something for everyone to enjoy.

Little Combe is the ideal retreat for anyone seeking a super comfortable hideaway. Snuggle up in front of the wood-burner and look out over the grassland meadow, sprinkled with wild flowers in Spring. Enjoy relaxing in the private terrace, soaking up the morning sun, and then evening drinks lounging at sundown, listening to the meadow stream. On a clear night enjoy the beauty of the star-filled sky, before sinking into the kingsize bed nestled in a cosy nook.

Red Oaks

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled on the edge of our family small holding on Exmoor with a herd of Red Devon cows, horses, chickens, sheep and dogs. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. If you want to relax, unwind and enjoy this area of outstanding beauty this is the place to be.
