October activities? Our place is only 4 miles from downtown, 17 miles from Sea World & 19 miles from Fiesta Tx. Spooktacular Fun! We have two units under the same roof. Couples traveling together have their own space, yet they can meet on our spacious deck. This unit, San Juan Gem on the River, and San Jose Gem on the River, each comfortably accommodates a couple.
