Nestled in the heart of Old Town Helotes, our 107-year old house is home to our beautiful bed and breakfast upstairs and our incredible coffee shop downstairs! The space is the entire second floor! With tons of natural light, feel free to people watch from the sunroom, or snuggle in the cozy living room! Enjoy the double-headed shower! Delicious smells of pastries and coffee roasting on site tempt you into the shop early! Check out the surrounding antique shops, clothing boutiques and more!

Guests also have access to our pool and heated spa directly across the street at our Carriage House.

We have plenty of street parking in a very quiet neighborhood.
