El departamento está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad sobre calle Moreno a 1 cuadra de la calle principal y a 7 del centro cívico. Está equipado con sommier de 160, TV Smarth con cable, WIFI, cocina completa y heladera con freezer. Calefacción por radiadores. Cuenta con caja fuerte y ventilador en época de verano. Posee una barra con sillas altas para comer. Hay supermercados, cafés y almacenes en la zona. Está ubicado en el piso 1, tiene ventana con vista a la calle, no posee balcón.

Todos los servicios y atracciones como restaurantes, bares, centros comerciales, chocolaterias, heladerías, etc estan a un paso del departamento. La propiedad esta modernamente equipada es amplia, tranquila y muy privada.
