It is a typical Maltese house full of light and character with a nice zen decoration. Quiet street, with free parking, and only 5 min walking to the main sea promenade and beach, full of restaurants, bars & shops. Bus stop from the airport and to north and south of the island is less than 5 min away. Perfect as a central base to discover Malta :)

Private bedroom with ensuite with access to plunge pool, surrounded by a large open terrace. It is very important to note that I live in the penthouse along with my parents. Our location is a stone's throw from a convenience store and on a bus route to the capital city, Valletta. Just a 10-15 minute walk brings you to the centre of St Julian’s where one can find restaurants, bars and a beautiful promenade along a rocky beach where one can swim and which leads to the shopping centre of Sliema.

A few minutes away from Spinola Bay, walking down the Spinola Bay is in the center of Paceville and St. Julians, Balluta Bay to Sliema. Spinola Bay is full of Coffee shops, restaurants loads of entertainment. Up the road from our house (5 min walk) Mini Market further up Lidl Supermarkets

The building's name is (central point) because of its central position on the island, across the water from Marina Di Valletta Malta's PREMIER YACHTING club. The hostel is a south-facing, natural sun-lighted apartment with 3 balconies. We are 1 minute on foot from tal Pieta bus stop that buses take you to 95% of Malta destinations beaches meaning no need to change buses , and always easy to return back

The apartment is situated in a quiet area in St Julian's border with San Gwann. It is on the first floor (unfortunately no lift is available) but easily accessible. The main veranda faces the town and beyond. A bar table and two chairs are available to chill out. The guest bedroom measuring over 20 sq mts, having two single beds, Internet and own shower and balcony. A roof garden ( which is private ) is also available with stunning views for sunbathing and relaxing.
