It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

This is a gated community with two bedroom/two bath. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a covered furnished patio. Property has yard for a corn hole game, family barbecue and a fire pit for those cooler nights! Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Private boat ramp within the subdivision. 24-hour fishing capability from the pier. Community Pool to enjoy in subdivision. Only one small pet is allowed with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Smoking only allowed on porch or in yard.

Perfect place for a single-family or couples who like to spend time outdoors either on the large deck, dock, patio, or yard doing activities with friends or family. We provide a couple of yard games, a lily pad, kayaks, and a Paddle Board, you provide the fun. The house is located in a deep water area and is great for fishing. Catfish will hang around the dock and will appreciate it if you feed them some catfish food around dust.

There is a fishing pier, public village picnic area and boat ramp. Security cameras installed outdoors only.
