Access to the dining room, kitchen & laundry room of the main house included. Enjoy the pool or rooftop terrace with a partial ocean view, perfect for yoga/meditation or a drink at sunset.

A beautifully brand new renovated “casita” (little house), right in the Heart of downtown. The house counts with a full kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Also, for your convenience, we can accommodate your car in our private garage (if needed). The fastest wi-fi in town, hot water, dish tv, a/c in all rooms and all the goodies you already know (including beach items). This is as good as its gets for your money. And with the triple “L’s” (location, location, location). We can’t wait, can u?

Tenemos una gran vista pero el mar no se ve desde el cuarto, observa la foto. habrá otros huéspedes y 🐕 en la propiedad. No es moderno ni lujoso. Se recomienda rentar 🚘

Located within a complex, enjoy the privacy of two ensuite bathrooms with walk-in tile showers, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room. The open layout comfortably accommodates 4 guests or 2 couples, providing both personal space and a communal area to share a drink.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to San Jose downtown. 1.5 mil from el Ganzo. 3 min away from the main attractions. 4 blocks away from the ocean. This place is a true gem. 5 markets and food places all around. WE suggest a car as distances can be far at time. But to explore Cabo it’s better by car. NO PARKING space inside the property,but street parking it’s allow and safe.

Mi casa es su Casa! The space is neat and clean with plenty of light and ventilation.(part of the family house but with private entrance) , big wood deck with ocean view, rustic grill, fire pit. Near the best surf and swim beaches in the San Jose area. Easy acces to downtown historical center San Jose, restaurants, shoppes, Cabo san Lucas, airport etc. Car rental is strongly suggested!
