This 1940's Bungalow is modern with a hint of it's original charm. This home features a fully equipped kitchen waiting for you to share all of your favorites after a long day of adventuring! Creatively designed to maximize space while keeping an open feeling. The private bedroom features a Queen sized bed or you can snuggle up on one of our two twin beds cleverly arranged to create a comfy sofa for any down time. Clean up after a long day with our fully stocked bathroom and laundry room!

Large single family home with plenty of space for your stay! Our Farmhouse is 2500 square feet all on one level. Newly installed Level 2 EV Charger. It has central heating & air, huge living spaces, comfy beds & large bathrooms. Close to Capitol Reef, Lake Powell, San Rafael Swell, Goblin Valley, Henry Mountains, slot canyons, Mars Desert Research Station, Burpee Quarry, Swingarm City and some of the most spectacular scenery in the world. A small market & places to eat are close by.

Two bedroom, queen in the master, two singles in the 2nd bedroom, a couch, and a futon. Just like your house, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. Property on 145 acres and mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the Condo doesn't fit your needs.
