In 2025, the floors of the public area was replaced. Suite has 10 feet High Ceiling, Warm in winter and cool in summer. One driveway parking space, If Park on the roadside also okay. Beautiful rambler, 1500 Square foot. Offers three bedroom and two bath. With 1 living space. Nice kitchen, full access with washer and Dryer. Plenty space to play in the front or back of the house. With security system one cameras in the front of the house and one in the back. Very safe. Six minutes from the Shoreline Fred Meyer, Richmond Beach, Costco, Aurora Village Transit Center, future light rail station, grocery stores, restaurants, I-5, and award-winning Shoreline schools.
