A newly renovated cozy rustic holiday home. It is surrounded with trees, farm land, and a bay across from the property. Sawang Point beach is across from my place & good for snorkeling. The house itself is set back from the road & so private. Almost everything are new in the house. House location is ideal to explore and navigate Siquijor Island. It's in a prime location of Tubod San Juan. Close to Tubod Marine Sanctuary. Plenty of spaces to park the vehicles. You can smoke outside the house.
