“Vine” apartment is located in Madrid center, off Gran Via, on a quiet street in a new building with elevator. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Es una casa preciosa, coqueta y acogedora de piedra y madera, ideal para olvidarte de las tensiones diarias de la ciudad. Está muy equipada y bien cuidada. Tiene un jardín señorial en la parte delantera, muy bonito e independiente. La casa dispone de 4 habitaciones que dan al exterior, con mucha luz, dos baños independientes. Un salón con chimenea de piedra con un amplio ventanal con unas vistas preciosas a la montaña. En la parte trasera, hay un gran porche de madera para hacer vida conjunta.

Disfruta de la Sierra de Madrid en nuestra preciosa casa de piedra rodeada de vegetación. Te despertarás cada mañana con vistas a un increíble jardín con árboles frutales y flores y podrás tomar el desayuno en una gran terraza mirando el monte. Detalles como la escalera de caracol o los arcos de piedra hacen de nuestra casa un sitio especial y diferente. La piscina es súper refrescante durante estos meses y tiene iluminación nocturna para que puedas disfrutar de un baño bajo las estrellas.

"La Margarita" es una casa con encanto, muy acogedora, construida sobre un antiguo pajar de piedra totalmente rehabilitado con materiales nobles. Tiene jacuzzi, chimenea, wifi y un pequeño jardín privado con barbacoa. Muy cerca de un pantano y de grandes pinares: senderismo, mountain bike, paseos a caballo o burro, recogida de setas. Ideal para escapadas románticas, descansar o disfrutar en familia.
